• Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items marked as Final Sale / Non-Returnable
• Used, washed, or damaged products (caused by customer)
• Accessories or hygiene-related products (if applicable)

2. Share clear images of the product (if damaged/incorrect)
3. Our team will review and approve your request
4. Once approved, we will arrange pickup or provide return instructions

4. 💰 Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected
• If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Refund processing time: 5–10 business days

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

• Refunds will be issued via bank transfer / UPI
• You may be asked to provide bank details

• Exchanges are subject to product availability
• You can request a size exchange within the return period
• If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be processed

6. 🚚 Return Shipping

• Free return shipping may be available for damaged or incorrect products
• For other cases (like size issues), return shipping charges may apply
